Fleet Wrapping Service in Yorkshire
Expects new truck wraps & fleet branding ready to join their expanding range of vehicles!
We were delighted to have completed 10 full digitally printed wraps for Expect Distribution on their new MAN TGX tractor units.
We worked with Expect Distribution to confirm the uniform branding on these new vehicles. Also working together to produce a range of high impact colour samples to match up with their current livery. The project management collaboration ensured we had the correct colour vinyl as the vehicles were due to arrive white.
Unfortunately, there was no self-coloured vinyl which matched their branding. Therefore, we chose a digital print to match the pantone colour required.
We worked closely with Archie from MAN Truck & Bus. He supported us in delivering and collecting the vehicles to and from our premises. All ready to be wrapped in our purpose-built temperature-controlled facilities.
It was then down to our design team to produce the high-quality graphics. Finally, with the wraps designed it was over to our installers to get these MAN TGX units wrapped and ready to hit the roads.
Another great achievement for the PTS team. The precision of these wraps to ensure no white paint was showing was amazing. All completed successfully within a tight timescale and a cost-effective budget.
Van Wrapping Service in West Yorkshire
Nathan Hadfield returns, ready for wrapping.
Nathan Hadfield approached us a little over a year ago for his vehicle graphics installation. As the year progressed and Nathan’s business was growing, he decided it was time to develop his design further. He was looking to incorporate some van vinyl wrapping to help them stand out to potential customers.
This April, Nathan brought in numbers 9 & 10 from his fleet of vehicles. The first being a Ford ranger. The second being an Iveco Daily van seeking the new part-wrap in his company’s distinctive livery. This showcases how we can make your fleet graphic designs work across different vehicles in all shapes and sizes.
We particularly like the digitally printed striking blue for the wrap. Printed on 3M IJ280 with their gloss overprotective laminate, it truly gives a high-end painted look.

R Mcdowell Transport, driving in style with Stell’s Trailers, tractor units and rigids – Partnerships, collaborations & exceptional vehicle liveries
This April, we had the pleasure of collaborating with McDowells to produce custom vehicle wraps for their customers’ livery. Our project began with creating digitally printed curtains to replace the existing ones on four of their trailers. Once the 13-metre trailers arrived at our unit, we wrapped the rear doors and front bulkhead in blue to match the new curtains. Then we applied vinyl graphics on top.
Next, two Scania S cabs were delivered from the factory to complete part wraps on the cabs. These wraps needed to align as closely as possible with the trailers. This was due to the design transferring from the trailer to the cab in a semi-circle pattern.
To achieve this precision, we arranged a meeting with Scania at McDowells’ site. We coupled up a demonstrator vehicle and took the necessary measurements.
Once the trailers and cabs were completed, we proceeded to wrap a Scania R cab rigid 18t curtain sider. This involved managing the digital print on the curtains and installing the truck wrap on the rear doors and cab. These striking vehicles are sure to stand out on the road!
Tanker Wrapping & Graphics Yorkshire
Waste Lubricating Oils – new tankers, ready to serve.
Our team has successfully worked on several different vehicle types in various shapes and sizes. This month, we completed the graphics for a new fleet of tankers dedicated to transporting waste lubricating oils. With a range of tankers now ready to roll, these vehicles are set to hit the road. Everyone at PTS is delighted with the results, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation in vehicle graphics.
Well that’s all for April!
Look back next month and see what May brings?
