From Port to Perfection: Andrew Black’s New Mercedes Actros Wrapped to Impress

Two brand-new Mercedes Actros Gigaspace trucks have undergone a stunning transformation. These trucks are turning heads as they roll out in signature Andrew Black Haulage livery.

Arriving fresh from the port in plain white, the vehicles were a blank canvas ready for a bold new identity. While awaiting final delivery, our expert design team leapt into action. The PT team were tasked with bringing the renowned Andrew Black branding to life.

The process began with precision! Colour samples were carefully mixed and shipped to Scotland to ensure perfect brand alignment. Once the vibrant red shade and iconic artwork were approved, the creative baton was handed over to our skilled installation team.

Meticulous craftsmanship followed. From precision wrap application to the hand-laid gold pinstripes. Every detail was carried out with care and pride.

The result? Two gleaming red giants, wrapped and finished to perfection. Standing ready to represent Andrew Black Haulage on Scotland’s roads.

These trucks are not just vehicles, they’re moving billboards built to turn heads and carry the legacy of Andrew Black Haulage with style.

Paul Turner Signwriters Welcomes Back Alfred Hymas with a Fresh Fleet of Volvo Aeros

Paul Turner Signwriters is proud to announce the return of long-time customer Alfred Hymas Ltd, marking the occasion with the arrival of six brand new Volvo Aero trucks.

This renewed collaboration not only celebrates a shared history but also brings a subtle refresh to the iconic Alfred Hymas livery.

Having worked closely with the team at Alfred Hymas for many years, the return feels more like a reunion than a new project. Together, the two companies have taken the opportunity to make minor yet meaningful updates to the vehicle artwork. Maintaining the instantly recognisable brand colour while reintroducing the traditional scrollwork on the front grilles. A nod to the heritage and craftsmanship behind both brands.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Alfred Hymas again.

There’s a great deal of pride in seeing the fleet roll out with such a strong identity, both refreshed and rooted in tradition.

The updated trucks strike a perfect balance between modern fleet design and the timeless elements that made the Hymas vehicles stand out on the roads for decades.

Over a Year in the Making – Think Group’s Van is Now Complete!

What began with a single phone call in June 2024 has blossomed into a standout example of collaboration, creativity, and craftsmanship. After more than a year of detailed communication, design refinements, and shared vision. We are proud to unveil the fully digitally printed, vinyl-wrapped van for Think Group and the results speak for themselves.

From the outset, the project was built on a foundation of teamwork and precision. The Think Group team came to us with a clear vision: bold, eye-catching, and unmistakably theirs. Over the months, we worked closely together — fine-tuning design elements, exploring creative possibilities, and ensuring every inch of the van reflected the essence of their brand.

Fast forward to June 2025, that vision became reality. The finished product is a stunning, full vinyl wrap that doesn’t just turn heads, it tells a story. Every detail, from colour choices to layout, was crafted to make an impact and give Think Group a powerful presence.

Now fully wrapped and officially on the road, the Think Group van is not only a testament to their brand but a celebration of what’s possible when creative collaboration meets technical precision.

Well that’s all for June 25!
