Springpack Bolsters Fleet with Eight Custom-Branded MAN 12T Vehicles
Springpack has officially completed a major fleet expansion. Unveiling eight brand-new MAN 12T curtain siders featuring a comprehensive new livery. The delivery marks a significant logistical achievement. With the entire fleet branded and ready for the road in record time.
The project was a high-stakes collaboration between Springpack, Micra Truck Bodies, and Paul Turner Signwriters. The partnership ensured that each vehicle met rigorous quality standards while maintaining a strict timeline for deployment.
To ensure maximum brand visibility on the road, the “full livery package” was applied to all eight units. This included a top-to-bottom visual overhaul:
- Cab Graphics: Precision-cut branding applied to the truck cabs for instant recognition.
- Curtain Prints: Large-scale, high-durability prints across the side curtains to act as mobile billboards.
- Rear Door Graphics: High-impact designs on the rear doors to engage following traffic and complete the 360-degree branding.

One of the most impressive aspects of the project was the turnaround time. Despite the complexity of the design and the number of vehicles involved. All teams involved managed to complete the full branding process for all eight trucks within a single week.

Van Wrapping In Leeds
Morley Glass Expands Fleet with Custom-Wrapped Renault Masters
Consistency is the cornerstone of brand identity; a principle recently put into practice as Morley Glass returned to refresh its fleet with four brand-new Renault Master vans.
The project focused on applying Morley’s signature digitally printed half-wraps, ensuring the new additions mirror the high standards of their existing vehicles. However, the mission required more than just standard application; it required a keen eye for detail and a quick pivot in design strategy.
Solving the “Red Stripe” Challenge
Upon the vehicles’ arrival, the team noticed a factory-standard red stripe running across the front grills. While a minor detail to the untrained eye, the vibrant red clashed significantly with the established Morley Glass colour palette.
To protect the integrity of the brand, the installation team went beyond the initial brief. They opted to custom-wrap the grill detailing, neutralizing the red strip and replacing it with a finish that perfectly aligns with Morley’s professional, recognizable branding.
The Power of Precision
The addition of these four vans demonstrates the importance of colour consistency in large-scale fleet management. By addressing the grill detailing, the team ensured that the new Renault Masters don’t just join the fleet, they integrate into it flawlessly.
Key features of the update include:
- Digitally Printed Half-Wraps: High-resolution graphics designed for long-term durability and brand impact.
- Custom Grill Modification: Bespoke wrapping to eliminate factory-colour clashes.
- Fleet Cohesion: A unified look that maintains professional standards across all Morley Glass touchpoints.
The result is a clean, cohesive, and eye-catching appearance that keeps Morley Glass at the forefront of their industry.

Mercedes Truck Wrapping In Yorkshire
Fastsource Ltd, a leading name in Yorkshire’s enabling works and haulage sector, has officially bolstered its heavy-duty fleet with the addition of five brand-new Scania 420 Super tippers. The vehicles have hit the road sporting a premium new livery that balances rugged durability with high-impact branding.
This latest project showcases a dual-application technique designed to maximize brand visibility while maintaining the professional, “clean” aesthetic Fastsource is known for across its excavation and demolition projects.
Precision branding for peak performance
The five Scania units underwent a meticulous transformation, combining two distinct branding methods to ensure a flawless finish:
- Digitally Printed Half-Wraps: The truck cabs were fitted with high-definition, digitally printed half-wraps. This technique allows for complex gradients and rich colors that standard vinyl cannot achieve, creating a striking visual “anchor” for the brand.
- Precision Cut Text: To ensure the branding remains sharp and legible even in the demanding environments of construction sites, the tipper bodies were finished with precision-cut vinyl lettering. This ensures the Fastsource name is clearly visible from any angle on the move.
We are thrilled to have completed this fleet of five for Fastsource. Combining the half-wraps on the cabs with the precision-cut text on the bodies creates a cohesive and professional look that really does justice to these impressive Scania machines.
With all five vehicles now fully branded and operational, the Fastsource fleet is more recognisable than ever.

Well that’s all for November 25!
Look back next month and see what December brings us!
